Eduardo Moreno is a native of Mexico, from the state of San Luis Potosi where he was raised in a family of five siblings. He immigrated to this beautiful country in 1992 with $100 dollars in his pocket and a ton of dreams. He started his work experience in the restaurant field as a dishwasher and busboy. He learned everything about restaurant operations to eventually open his own Mexican Restaurant which he successfully ran for more than 15 years...
